For the following reasons :
(1) Check if the version is abnormal, for example, a 32-bit system has a 64-bit program installed;
(2) Check whether your device has anti-virus software installed, the anti-virus software may delete or block the service of LAN Exam Maker and the program will not run. If this is the reason, just quit the anti-virus software;
(3) Check whether the program cannot run due to the insufficient RAM or storage of the system;
(4) When updating, the program may fail to run if the data of the old version cannot be upgraded to the latest version.
Solution: Manual upgrade. Delete the .ver file before upgrading. If it still fails to run, please send the data file to our technical engineer for upgrading.
