Company Settings

In the company settings interface, users can add their own company’s Logo, name and website address.

At the same time, users are supported to choose different display methods, and they can choose “Display Both Company Name and LOGO”, “Only Display Company LOGO”, and “Only Display Company Name”.

(Note: The size of the picture cannot be larger than 2M; supports jpg, jpeg, png format; the applicable logo size is: 256×42)

Other Settings

Users can set the system time to the time in their own region by setting the time zone.

1. The number of people taking an exam simultaneously refers to the number of people taking the same exam at the same time, which is different from the number of candidate accounts;

2. Different members have different numbers of people can take an exam simultaneously:

Essentials：100 people for monthly pay and 120 for yearly pay taking exams simultaneously

Professional: 200 people for monthly pay and 300 for yearly pay taking exams simultaneously

Premium: 500 people for monthly pay and 600 for yearly pay taking exams simultaneously

3. It is assumed that there are 1,000 people to take an exam, the 1,000 candidates can take the exam at different periods of time, but the number of people taking the exam simultaneously shall not exceed the corresponding number of your membership;

How to add sub admins accounts?

Firstly, login the system and click [Sub Admins] on the left;

Secondly, set up a new group and click [Add free sub-admins]. For example, we create a group “Chinese” and then add sub admins into this group.

Thirdly, fill in the name, email, and password of the account of the sub-administrator in the pop-up.

Finally, choose the permission that you open to your sub-administrators who help you manage exams, students, etc.
