Download the OEM’ s bulk upload tool, you can quickly import all the candidates’ photos with one click!

Specific Operation Method

  1. Download the batch upload tool

First, enter the [Student List] of [Students], and click the “Batch Upload Photo” button on the right;

Click to download the batch upload tool in the pop-up window of the system;

  1. Upload photos in batches

Open the batch upload tool and log in with the OEM account. After logging in, select the “Batch Upload Candidate Photos” on the right;

The first step: select the file. Select the folder where the candidate’s photos are located.

Note: Only supports png and jpg format photos, and the photos need to be named “Login field.png” or “Login field.jpg”.

(The candidate’s login field is the candidate’s login account. For example, if you choose candidates’ s names as the login field, name it “name.png”)

After selecting the folder, proceed to the second step: check and  upload the photos.

Check and select the photos you want to upload. If you would like to upload all of them, click “Select All” in the upper left corner. If don’t, just check the photos you want to upload.

After selecting the photos, click “Start to Upload” in the upper right corner.

Step 3: Upload successfully. Following the steps above, you can successfully upload the candidates’ photos in batches.

You can see in the system’s [student list] that the candidates have photos after uploading, as shown below:

There are mainly two steps:

(2) Enter the password change page, then enter the old password and the new password, and click [OK].

Then the password is changed successfully.

Method 1: Modify One by One

(1) Enter the [Students List] page of [Students], click [More] and then click the [Edit] button;

(2) After entering the edit page, enter the new password in the password box, and click Save.

Method 2: Modify in Batches

(1) On [Students List] page, you can select the group of students that need to be modified in batches. Choose the students need to be modified password, click [More] and then click [Batch reset password];

(2) Enter the password modification page, then enter the new password, and click [Modify Password].

How to enter candidates’back-end?

There are two ways of entering candidates’ back-end.

1. In [Students]-[Students List], click [Open Student Login Page]; copy or open the link directly, or scan the QR Code; and then enter candidates’ information to sign in.

2. In [Home Page]-[Page Info], copy the URL link or open directly, or scan the QR Code; and then enter candidates’ information to sign in.

 

Functions of Candidates’Back-end

There are four parts in Candidates’ Back-end: [Take an Exam], [Exam Record], [Errors Collection] and [My Integral] .

(1)Take an Exam

Students can search an exam by entering its category and name in the search bar and then click on the exam to take the test.

(2)Exam Record

In [Exam Record], students can view the exam record in detail, including exams passed successfully, times of exams taking, exams completed and unfinished exams. The average score last week and last month can also be viewed. Also, the details of an taken exam are provided.

(3)Errors Collection

Questions Total, Questions Failed and the ratio of the wrong answers are provided. Students can also view the question title, failed times of the wrong qustions. What’s more, students can click [Eliminate wrongs] to redo the questions they failed and the students have to answer the wrong questions correctly twice to make sure that they have mastered the knowledge points of the wrong questions as well as to consolidate the knowledge points.

(4)My Integral

Students can view the integral rank and integral detail in [My Integral].

There are two parts in Report Setting: “Of examining paper” and “Category Suggestion”.

Ⅰ. Description of  Examining Content

In this part, knowledge points that are examined, key question types and the hope of candidates’ progresses in exact aspects can be described. (as shown in the figure)

Ⅱ. Category Suggestion Settings

Users need to set the pass score percentage for each category, and set recommendations for candidates both passing the exam or not, when the candidate’s test score is higher than the set pass score, the pass recommendation is displayed, otherwise the fail recommendation will be displayed.

Tips:

(1) Pass Suggestion: you can express your affirmation and encouragement to the candidates that pass the exam.

(2) Fail Suggestion: you can point out the knowledge points examined and provide the candidates with your suggestions to help them improve.

 

Ⅲ. Turn on allowing candidates to view candidate reports

The administrator needs to tick the box of “view the link to the report” in Result Page;

When the examination paper is submitted and scored, the candidate can also view the candidate’s report through the link;

The administrator can also view the exam report by clicking into the exam’s Statistics and click on the View records and then the icon “Exam report” can be seen.

Ⅳ. Candidate Report Content

In addition to showing the exam score, duration, candidate’s personal information, etc. , there are mainly four parts in the exam report:

  1. Test Summary

After the paper is submitted and scored, the candidates can view the exam report and can also receive the suggestions from the administrators.

  1. Details of Answer

The details of categories record will be displayed in the form of a table, which includes category, total number of questions, the number of the wrong questions and right questions, score and correct rate.

  1. Ability Map

Show the percentage of each category in a bar chart, allowing candidates to clearly see their strengths and weaknesses.

  1. Answer Record

If you need to view a detailed answer record, you can also expand the answer record.

When you creating exams, you can make a setting on allocating the points for those who gain the scores as you requested.
The setting instructions are as follows:
Please pay attention: You need select specific groups to attend the exams first. Only the students included in those groups can attend exams and gain points.

How to view the points ranking?

Administrators can view the points ranking of different groups.
The ranking is sorted by day, week, month and total.

2 Registration Information: the information the students need to fill in for your information collection, such as Photo, Gender, Email, Cellphone, Class and so on.

3 Theme: Set a beautiful and approriate background for the registration form. You can choose one from the system or just upload the one you like.

4 Signup Settings: You can set a specified group for registration. Also, the register numbers, registration fee, registration time and so on can be customized.

5 Share: You can share the registration link or QR code for students oriented registration.
